GF Garlic Breadsticks

I have been really loving King Arthur’s Gluten Free Pizza Flour for my mini khachapuri recipe . So it’s the same dough to make these easy gluten free garlic breadsticks. You simply separate the dough into two, spread each one into a rectangle with your fingertips, drizzle the surface with olive oil, rub with minced garlic, sprinkle some freshly grated parmesan cheese, italian herb season and pop it in the oven. Garnish them with freshly chopped parsley and if you want to really turn up the flavor then drizzle them with some truffle oil. Be still my heart, it’s so good! And it only gets better when you tear a piece and dip it into a some extra virgin olive oil and balsamic glaze.

The texture and flavor is phenomenal! They taste like the real thing but are absolutely gluten free.
